Product Returns & Cancellations

In order to cancel your order, you can send an e-mail to eshop@megasystems.gr or call us at 211 10 99500.

In case you have already paid for your order and your order has not been placed with the courier company, then we will immediately refund the corresponding monetary value, in the same way you made your transaction (credit card, bank deposit), etc.)

In case your order has been placed with the courier company, then the refund of the canceled order will be made in the same way you made your transaction (credit card, bank deposit, etc.), as soon as products are returned to our company.

Product returns within 14 days

If you change your mind, you can return the products you ordered within 14 days. To request a return of products you can send an e-mail to eshop@megasystems.gr or call us at 211 10 99500.
The return of the products is always done at your own expense of the transport fares. The way of returning the returned products is your choice. The request for the return of products is activated on the date of notification to the company by e-mail or by phone.

The products you want to return should be in excellent condition, with closed packaging. In case you open the package of the product you should make sure to return it in perfect condition. You agree to take care of the condition of the returned products from the moment they are delivered to you until the moment you return them.

In case they are not returned within 14 days or you do not announce your intention to return products, then the company may not accept any return or replacement of the product. In any case, the maximum return period for replacement may not be extended beyond forty (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.
In addition to the rights provided by the return policy, all rights applicable to consumers are recognized in each case under the existing provisions and laws relating to the contract of sale, as well as any rights arising in connection with the product warranty terms.

Products under warranty are returned to the company at your own expense.
